I’m Rachael, the founder of PWR Studios, a women’s-only gym designed to be a space where you can train, push your limits, and feel amazing—without restriction, guilt, or burnout. As a personal trainer, certified nutritionist, and menopause support coach, I help women create a balanced, healthy lifestyle that feels good and lasts.

My own journey started when I felt lost, lacking confidence, and unhappy in my body. Getting a PT changed my life, helping me discover a strength I didn’t know I had. Now, I do the same for others—helping women achieve fat loss, build strength, and improve their overall well-being through a realistic, sustainable approach to fitness, nutrition, and mindset.

I know first-hand that diets don’t work long-term and that the all-or-nothing mentality often leads to frustration. That’s why I focus on small, daily habits that create lasting results—without cutting out the foods you love or spending hours in the gym. Pauline Barton - Class Instructor
I am Pauline Barton and I have been on my own personal fitness journey for a number of years, taking part in tough mudders, 5k, 10k and half marathons. I also enjoy wild water swimming which helps support my mental and physical wellbeing I can regularly be found at the beach. Recently I have trained and completed a Hyrox doubles and solo event.
I am currently training a team to compete in a Hyrox relay competition aswell as training myself and partner for another doubles event.

I am very focused on ensuring individuals not only train correctly but get the most out of their workouts. PWR Sweat classes are based on Hyrox fundamentals think running, box jumps, burpees, wall balls, activities that make you feel physically and mentally stronger and fitter each week.

Caitlyn Rose - Dance Fitness Instructor
Join Caitlyn for an uplifting dance fitness experience every Tuesday evening at PWR from 6:30–7:15 PM! My fitness journey began a few years ago, and after discovering dance fitness during the lockdown, I flipped her life around and hasn’t looked back. I am passionate about living a happy and healthy life, and finding the fun in fitness! I started teaching my own classes in 2021 and now offers a blend of exercises and simple dance moves that make every class an uplifting, fun workout. With the lights down low and the disco lights on, you will have a guaranteed fun and sweaty session. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just starting out, my classes are the perfect way to let loose and have fun while working up a sweat! Hope to see you in class!

Leini Dolan - Pilates Instructor
Leini’s pilates journey, like so many, started during lockdown. With its minimal equipment and little prior knowledge needed to reap the benefits, It quickly became a way of everyday life and she undertook her Mat Pilates Certification in 2024.
Since then, she has created her own unique style of Pilates, where she practices the principles of breath work and core control, but has brought a dynamic vibe to her sessions with her famous last 20 seconds of hold and pulse. Her session content concentrates on working one side of the body through a series of moves with modifications offered to cater for all abilities. Then moving on to the other side of the body, where this will help build long, lean muscle mass, all the while improving strength and identifying any weaknesses in your body.
Each session will challenge you (and I) whilst working alongside a strong group of ladies as part of the PWR tribe. My aim is to encourage you on this pilates journey to compliment any other training style you may already do to help create the best version of yourself.

Glaucia Spalding - Personal Trainer
My name is Glaucia Spalding, I am very passionate about helping others find happiness in their life and feel good about themselves. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD, you excel in life.
For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights and having a restrictive diet. It’s about learning how to eat healthily, doing the right exercises, and getting happy with yourself inside and out, without an obligation to do these changes but because you want to. I love to see when they experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues. If you feel that you haven’t yet found a person to help you to achieve your goals, you’ve found one now.
